Daily Wellness Challenge #20


Hey everyone!! I’m just as busy as the next person and I’m always trying to find ways to keep my house tidy so that I’m not spending all weekend cleaning. Here are some of the tasks that I’ve found helpful to do during the week so that your weekend cleaning to-do list is less full. - Sweep the kitchen and vacuum high traffic areas at least every other day. Honestly...it takes 10 minutes to do this and can help in not only keeping your house cleaner, but will save you time when your weekend house cleaning comes to call. I love having clean floors and usually vacuum my entire house twice a week. That’s just a little obsession of mine - Make your bed. Beside the simple fact that a tidy, made bed looks so clean and inviting...it feels amazing to climb into a nicely made bed at the end of a long, busy day! - Counter tops! My other obsession....I love clean counter tops. I clean them up and wipe them down before making every meal, each morning before I go to work and every night before bed. I know I could have worse obsessions than this one... - The bathroom. Keeping the sink, countertop and mirror wiped down a few times a week will help to keep it looking clean and will be a bit less work for when your weekly bathroom cleaning takes place. - Clean up and dishes that you have in your sink by placing them in the dishwasher or washing them by hand. If I’ve had a busy night, I will let them dry overnight and put them away in the morning...that way, I have a totally clean kitchen for when I make dinner later that day! xo
