We’re right in the middle of cold and flu season. Getting the flu shot is a personal preference, but from the research that I have done....it’s loaded full of toxic ingredients. I have had one flu shot in my life and refuse to get another one. I would rather work hard to keep my body healthy and hope for the best! Below is a recipe for a natural immune booster should you want to take a different approach! - juice of 3 lemons - 1 garlic clove, minced - 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon of ginger powder - 1/8 teaspoon of cayenne powder - 1.5 cups of pineapple juice - 1 teaspoon of local honey Blend in a blender or shake in a jar with a lid. Drink half a cup per day during cold and flu season or three times a day if you feel like you’re getting sick. xo
