This is a simple and easy task!
Make taking your vitamins and supplements a regular part of your morning routine! Myself included....forget to take them at times and I honestly notice!! Especially when I slack on taking my iron and D3.
With winter being here, the need for vitamin D3 is great! Many of us are lacking in this vitamin, without even knowing it! You must be careful when taking D3 as it can be very dangerous in high doses. You should consult your Doctor or Pharmacist before starting it, but this sunshine vitamin has made a world of difference in my physical health and I highly recommend it!
Whether you set your vitamins and supplements out the evening before, keep them separated in a pill container and carry them with you or set a reminder in your phone....remembering to take them on a regular basis will benefit you every day!
