Tone your legs and tush while brushing your teeth with these easy moves! Sounds kinda funny right? Seriously though....what else do you have to do while you're standing there?
While starting to brush, stand with feet about hip-width apart and your legs at least a foot away from your vanity/sink. Ensuring that the 4 corners are your feet are planted firmly on the ground. Start with a calf raise by lifting both heels up off of the floor, holding at the top for 3 seconds and lowering them back down.
Allowing your knees to bend and with control, lowering your body down until your legs are at a 90 degree angle, knees are to remain over ankles. Slowly bring yourself back up to standing.
Repeat these calf raises and squats for the duration of your teeth brushing. This is a nice way to get a mini lower body workout in twice per day!
