Coconut oil is an amazing thing. I seriously love the fact that it is so healthy and multi-purpose! There are many ways to incorporate it in to your daily routine. Here are a few of my favourites!
+ FACT! Did you know that coconut oil is an amazing way to take off eye make-up?? I use it every evening to remove mascara, eye shadow and eye liner and it works better than any product that you can buy at the store and is a heck of a lot healthier!
+ FACT! Did you know that coconut oil acts as a wonderful moisturizer and carries healing properties? It can be used on your whole body!! I use it as an under eye moisturizer, as well as on my decolletage. It can also help with eczema and other skin irritations. Best part? It smells amazing!!
+ FACT! Eating 1-2 teaspoons of this each day, helps to keep your heart healthy! I learned this from a brilliant man a few months back and have been eating it nearly every day since! I also use a half a teaspoon each morning in my matcha latte for added richness and flavour. Personally, I love the taste and also believe that it helps with digestion and brain function as well!
