Mornings can be chaotic and stressful sometimes. Maybe you hit the snooze button 2 or 3 times, maybe you have a hard time deciding what to wear and packing up a lunch or multiple lunches can leave you pressed for time.
Get into the routine of picking out your clothing the night before; including undergarments and jewelry/accessories. Laying everything out the night before can ease your mind and take away some of the stress of the crazy morning crunch. This is something that I do nearly every night of the work week and it has helped to make my morning routine, go a little more smoothly.
Another tip is to make lunches and pack them in the fridge the night before. I'm guilty of not doing this and I kick myself when I don't! Taking the time in the evening to thoughtfully pick out your outfit, so that you're not only saving yourself a bit of time and stress in the morning, but you're feeling great in the outfit that you're wearing!
