Good morning!! Wake up your body with these two simple yoga asanas! They're perfect for loosening up your spine and warming up your body. Cow pose and cat pose are easy and gentle to move through, and they only takes minutes to do.

Instructions: Start in table top position on your mat. On all fours; knees are under hips, wrists are under shoulders, spine is neutral and parallel to the sky.
With an inhale, curling your tailbone up, dropping your belly down toward the mat and bringing your gaze up and forward. (cow pose)
Exhale as you tuck your tailbone under, bringing your spine to the sky and chin down to your chest. (cat pose)
Spend 2-3 minutes moving through the poses with your inhales and exhales, at your own pace.
